Account Registration

• Accounts are created and authenticated through Google Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials.
• Upon registration, a workspace is created for your account. You may invite team members to collaborate within your workspace.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Credits & Billing

• Stylic operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating images, videos, or other AI-driven assets through the Platform.
• Credits are allocated based on your subscription plan and reset on a monthly billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
• Additional credit packs may be purchased at any time to supplement your monthly allocation.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing and credit allocations with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide third-party access to the Platform's API or generation capabilities without explicit written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Platform (unless you hold a valid Enterprise license).
• Use automated tools to excessively burden the Platform or circumvent rate limits.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Intellectual Property

• Your Content — You retain full ownership of all images and videos generated through the Platform using your account. You may use generated content for any lawful commercial or personal purpose.
• Our Platform — Stylic, including its design, code, features, brand assets, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Stylic and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
• Uploaded Content — By uploading reference images, product photos, or character images, you confirm that you have the right to use such content and grant us a limited license to process it for the sole purpose of generation.

Enterprise License

• The Enterprise plan provides a self-hosted license to run Stylic on your own infrastructure using your own API keys.
• The license is granted as a one-time fee and includes free lifetime updates to the Platform core.
• Video generation capability is available as an additional feature with a separate fee structure.
• Custom feature development and priority support are available exclusively under the Enterprise plan.
• The Enterprise license is non-transferable and may not be sublicensed without explicit written consent from Stylic.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stylic and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform interface. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
