  • Generated Content — The final compositions generated through our engine, including custom models, poses, backgrounds, and upscaled studio-grade exports. These assets, along with their associated SKU groupings, are stored and linked to your account.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the premium Stylic AI digital studio environment.
  • To process your modular image generation workflows (combining models, poses, garments, and backgrounds).
  • To manage your professional workspace, inventory organization, subscription tiers, and credit balances.
  • To send essential communications, including account notices, billing receipts, and security alerts.
  • To detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Generated & Uploaded Content — Your raw garments, branding templates, and generated editorial photoshoots are retained for as long as your account remains active, allowing you to maintain your catalogue. You may delete individual workspaces, SKUs, or your entire account at any time.
  • Account Data — Kept actively while your account is in good standing. Upon account deletion, we retain minimal records for up to 30 days solely for recovery purposes, after which they are permanently erased.
  • Payment Records — Transaction and credit purchase history is retained strictly as required by applicable tax and financial compliance regulations.

Your Rights

You maintain full control over your creative and personal data. At any time, you may:

  • Access — Request a copy of the personal data and workspace configurations we hold about you.
  • Delete — Permanently delete your account and all associated studio assets directly from your Settings, or by submitting a deletion request.
  • Export — Request an export of your account data in a portable, readable format.
  • Rectify — Correct or update any inaccurate personal information through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect updates to our AI engine capabilities, new features, or regulatory changes.
