How to Control Your Cookies

- Strictly Necessary: These cannot be disabled as the platform will not function (e.g., you won't be able to stay logged in or pay for credits).
Information We Collect
- Account Data: Name, email, and profile photo provided via Google Firebase.
- Payment Data: When you purchase credits, Razorpay collects your billing details. Stylic does not store your full credit card numbers on our own servers.
- Usage Data: IP addresses and browser types collected via Google Analytics to monitor platform health.
- Content Data: We store the prompts you enter and the images/videos generated so you can access them in your workspace.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide AI generation services.
- To process payments and allocate credits via Razorpay.
- To send technical updates or respond to support requests.
- To improve our AI models based on aggregated (non-identifiable) usage patterns.
Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with trusted service providers necessary to operate:
- Google Cloud/Firebase: For hosting and authentication.
- Razorpay: For secure payment processing.
- Meta: For marketing and retargeting (if you consent).
- AI Model Providers: Your prompts may be processed by third-party AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Google) to generate your content.
Your Rights (DPDPA & GDPR)
Depending on your location, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction: Update incorrect information.
- Deletion: Request that we delete your account and all associated generated content.
- Withdraw Consent: Change your mind about marketing or analytics tracking at any time.
Data Retention
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will purge your personal data from our active databases within 30 days, except where required by law (e.g., tax records for Razorpay transactions).
